The Lions Regional Golf Tournament is an amateur golf tournament hosted by the Cornelius/Lake Norman, Davidson, Huntersville and North Charlotte Lions Clubs. The tournament raises funds to benefit the programs and services of these Lions Clubs and serves as a memorial to late Lions that have served.
The playing format is “captain’s choice”.
The golf professionals at NorthStone Country Club will form teams of players not entered as foursomes. The participant fee includes a driving or putting lesson, golfing and cart fees, lunch, dinner, complimentary on-course beverages, and range balls. Course rules state that the dress code requires that no t-shirts be worn and shorts must be no more than four inches above the knee (Bermuda length). Note: Soft spikes are required.
If the weather should win and play called off by the NorthStone staff, a raffle will take place dividing the total prize money into 20 equal amounts for 20 drawings.
